If gearing up with five or six of your closest friends, hopping in a rubber boat, and careening down one of Hokkaido's rivers sounds like fun, then rafting is definitely for you. HOA runs the Sarugawa, Mukawa, and Ishikarigawa rivers from April to October each year. As the snow melts and the weather warms up, Spring is definitely the high time to take a trip.
